The Dap Release Rule

THE RULE

Once either man releases a dap, the other must let go without adding an unexplained hand-holding overtime period.

WHAT THIS MEANS

This separate plain-language rule was added after an administrator confirmed a substantially distinct Man Law Court violation.

WHEN IT DOES NOT APPLY

1. A real emergency or safety problem
2. The facts fit a stated exception in the ruling that created this Code

EXAMPLES

• Conduct matching the approved Court violation.
• A clearly different situation covered by an exception.
