ANONYMOUS BY DESIGN.
PUBLIC BY CLEAR NOTICE.
You do not need an account to read, vote, take the Code test, or ask the Judge. Judge submissions are intended to become anonymized public Court Cases, so never submit private information.
1. INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO PROVIDE
When you ask the Judge on the website or through the official Telegram bot, we process the situation and any follow-up answers you submit. The Telegram bot uses a protected anonymous conversation key; it does not save your Telegram name, username, phone number, or raw chat ID, and temporary conversation state expires after 30 minutes. When you report a case or contact the site, we process your selected category, message, and any optional reply email. Voting records your verdict and, for violations, whom you believe is responsible.
2. WHAT BECOMES PUBLIC
A completed Judge ruling may publish its case title, summarized facts, verdict, responsible party, Code citation, reasoning, remedy, and confidence. Automated filters remove common emails, phone numbers, addresses, links, handles, network addresses, and some names before and after AI processing, but no filter is perfect. Do not include identifying details in the first place.
Contact messages, safety reports, administrative records, voter identifiers, and individual ballots are not public.
3. LIMITED FIRST-PARTY ANALYTICS
The site records page views and a small set of actions, the page path, referring website's host name, country code supplied by the host, device class, and random identifiers stored in secure cookies. A direct, no-referrer entry to Ask the Judge may be labeled as a possible printed-card scan; this is an estimate and may also include a typed URL or bookmark. Raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, Judge questions, emails, and visits to Administrative Chambers are not stored in the analytics table. Analytics events expire after 90 days, along with their anonymous identifiers. Identifier-free daily totals may be retained to measure long-term site growth. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
- To create and publish satirical rulings.
- To operate anonymous voting and prevent duplicate ballots.
- To review safety, privacy, spam, and removal concerns.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and understand general traffic.
- To maintain and improve The Code and the Court experience.
5. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Telegram delivers messages sent to the official Man Law Judge bot. A self-hosted Qwen model running through LM Studio processes Judge testimony by default. Vercel sends the request through Cloudflare Access to the private Man Law Court AI server. Cloudflare Turnstile checks public reports and contact requests for automated abuse using browser, device, and network signals; the Court does not send the form contents to Turnstile. If the AI service is unavailable or returns an unusable ruling, OpenAI processes the testimony as the automatic backup with API storage disabled. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in, and that default abuse-monitoring logs may be kept for up to 30 days. Supabase stores Court records, temporary protected bot conversations, votes, reports, administrative data, and private analytics. Vercel hosts and delivers the site and may process normal infrastructure request data.
6. RETENTION, SECURITY, AND CHOICES
Public rulings and Code entries are retained as part of the Court record unless they are hidden or removed. Votes, safety reports, and contact requests are retained as needed to operate and protect the service. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
You can avoid optional analytics by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. To request review or removal of a published case, use its Report Case button or file a private request through Contact & Safety.
7. CHILDREN AND CHANGES
Man Law Court is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request information from them. This policy may be updated as the site changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
8. SITE OPERATOR
Man Law Court is owned and operated by Elevate Influence LLC. Privacy, safety, and removal requests can be filed privately through Contact & Safety.
