The Empty Urinal Requirement
THE RULE
When open urinals are available, choose the one that leaves the widest reasonable gap between men.
WHAT THIS MEANS
The restroom is not assigned seating. Empty porcelain is free personal space, and the Court expects it to be used.
WHEN IT DOES NOT APPLY
- The restroom is crowded and no spaced option remains
- A fixture is broken, blocked, or clearly unsanitary
- A parent or caregiver must assist someone
EXAMPLES
- VIOLATION: Five urinals are open, one man uses the far left, and you take the spot beside him.
- NO VIOLATION: You use the far-right fixture and complete the mission without starting a conference.
