FACTS CONSIDERED

A friend intentionally passed gas in a room with his male friends. He gave no warning.

RULING

The friend committed a violation. The Warning Requirement calls for a heads-up before friends face an avoidable problem or embarrassment. He knew what was coming, chose the shared room, and gave the group no chance to prepare or evacuate. The Court finds no emergency, agreement, or genuine need.

REMEDY

He must apologize, open a window, and leave the room before any planned repeat performance.
